RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 2-days return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All items must be returned along with the original box, packaging, tags, and invoice/bill
  • The return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

2. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged
  • The item is returned without original box, packaging, tags, or invoice
  • The return request is made after 2 days
  • Any visible signs of usage such as scratches, stains, or wear

If the returned product fails quality inspection, the refund will not be processed.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
